REQUEST: An amendment to their existing conditional use permit for the expansion of a legal nonconforming use to permit the storage and parking of trucks, cars, semi-tractors, semi-trailers, portable pump systems, and portable commercial generators on their property located at 9450 Ideal Ave. S.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing.
