APPLICANT: Pulte Homes
REQUEST: A zoning amendment to change the zoning of property located on the north side of 65th St. and west of Highland Hills Blvd. from R-2.5, Residential, to R-3, Single Family Residential, with a PUD, Planned Development Overlay. Pulte Homes has also applied for a preliminary plat to be called Bailey Woods that would subdivide a 19.94-acre parcel of land into a residential development consisting of 41 single family homes and 1 outlot.
WHEN: Monday, June 24, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Pkwy., Cottage Grove, MN
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
