NOTICE TO QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the City of Cottage Grove will be receiving sealed bids until 10:00AM on October 25, 2018 at the City of Cottage Grove, 12800 Ravine Parkway South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016 for:
Bids will be opened publicly, read aloud and tabulated. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The City of Cottage will receive sealed bids from Qualified Bidders for HERO Center.

Sealed bids will be received at the City of Cottage Grove, 12800 Ravine Parkway South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016, Attention: City Clerk until 10:00AM local time Thursday, October 25, 2018, at which time bids will be publicly opened and reviewed, and read aloud. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked HERO Center, and the Bid Category that you are bidding designated , i.e Bid Category No. 5C Misc. Steel Materials. The name and address of the Bidder must be shown on the outside of the envelope. The date and time of the bid is to be noted on the label.

Complete digital Bidding Documents are available at www.questcdn.com for $20 by inputting project #5951270 on the website's Project Search page. Paper Bidding Documents may also be viewed at RJM Construction, 830 Boone Ave, Golden Valley, MN 55427.
Make Bids in duplicate in exact accordance with the proposal form in the Project Manual, and sign in long-hand. No oral, telegraphic or fax bids will accepted or considered.
Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to the City of Cottage Grove in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
All bids will be evaluated by the Owner, the Architect and the Construction Manager. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
Successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Certificates of Insurance and a signed contract within 10 days of award of contract. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled bid opening.
