A crowd young and old braved the chilly winds to witness the tree lighting before retreating inside to warmth and treats inside City

The tree lighting ceremony included carols from the Park High School choir and band, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, cookies and hot cider and the main event — the annual lighting of the pine tree outside City Hall.
