Roseanne Grosso was elected vice chairwoman of the Goodhue County Public Health Board at Tuesday's meeting, one week after she was bypassed for a similar post on the County Board. Bob Noah, Kenyon, was elected Public Health chairman. BAY CITY -- The In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail has a new stop on the 2003 tour -- Bay City. Pros and their amateur fishing partners will pursue walleyes and a share of the $280,000 purse during the tournament set for June 11-13. The circuit fished the Mississippi River in 1999 when the tournament was at Red Wing. Pro Pete Harsh, a three-time PWT winner, took first place that year. "I love this river," he said.
