For the past four years, Evan Bonneson has been the frontrunner for the Park boys cross country team. On Saturday the senior finished his career at the state meet at St. Olaf College in Northfield for the first time.
In its fourth straight appearance at the Class AA state cross country meet - held Saturday, Nov. 2, at St. Olaf College in Northfield - the East Ridge girls team earned second place, celebrating on the podium and bringing a trophy back home to Woodbury.
East Ridge, the top seed in Section 4AAAAAA, lost 38-3 to Eastview, the fourth seed in Section 3AAAAAA, in the Sweet 16 round of the prep football playoffs on Friday, Nov. 11, at The Nest in Woodbury.

The Park volleyball team’s season came to a close on Tuesday, Oct. 22, with a 3-0 loss to Bloomington Kennedy in the opening round of the Section 3AAA tournament.
