The city of St. Paul Park authorized two payments to Ryan Contracting Co., for the 2014 street and utility improvements. The first payment was for $294,286 and the second payment was for $439,528. The improvement project includes complete reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter replacement and new pavement on Pullman Avenue, between Second Street and Sixth Avenue, and construction of a sidewalk along the north side of Pullman Avenue, between Third Street and Fifth Street.
