Otis Terrance III "O.T." or "Terry" Frampton, age 62, of Cottage Grove, Minn., passed away June 17, 2009, at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn. Barbara J. Fogel, beloved mother, grandma, great-grandma, age 66 of St. Paul Park, passed away on June 12, 2009, after a short battle with cancer. Preceded in death by husband David, and grandson Denny Fogel.
