Caitlyn Wagner, 16, hosed down Layla, a calf belonging to her friend Megan Olson, opening day of the Washington County Fair.. The 146th annual fair features demonstrations and exhibitions by more than 500 members of Washington County 4-H clubs as well as rides, the Swinetime Pig Races and live music.It runs through August 6. St. Paul Park's Rosemary Graf, 76, entered some of her crocheted doilies, decorations and shawls in the Washington County Fair crafts contest for the first time last week and took home five blue ribbons for first place.
