Strawberry Fest talent show: opera to ukelele

Cottage Grove resident Sara Nutzman won first place in the Strawberry Fest button raffle, sponsored by the Cottage Grove royalty. The prize was a Yamaha TTR50 mini bike valued at $1,250 and donated by 61 Marine and Sports, on Highway 61, just south of Cottage Grove. Nutzman's daughters, Avery and Kylee, are shown trying out the new bike. "It may be a few years before they're ready to really ride it," Nutzman said.
