JROTC senior cadets at Park High School include Victoria McCracken, 17, Jacob Blume, 18 and Dan Cocchiarella. The three are helping with a recruitment drive to increase their numbers to 100. The program, an elective at Park, is not a military recruitment program, they said, but emphasizes discipline, leadership and community service.
