Park High School Activities Department using online registration Online registration for MSHSL activities has opened and can be done at . Students need a sports qualifying physical once every three years for athletics. You will need your student ID (Found in the Parent/Student Portal) in order to register. If you have any questions, call the Activities Office at 768-3759 after Aug. 4.

Park football camps Park High School football coach Darin Glazier is holding a two camp options from July 28-July 31. The camps will be held at Park High School. The session for kids entering 1st-4th grade will be from 5:30-7 p.m., while the session for kids entering 5th-9th grade will be from 7-8:30 p.m. Campers who attend either of these two camps will receive a Wolfpack football t-shirt, a dog tag and four days of instruction in the fundamentals of Wolfpack football. Campers planning to attend either of the camps should bring water and either cleats or tennis shoes. The cost for either of the camps is $40 apiece. Junior Wolfpack Park Football golf tournament The fifth annual Junior Wolfpack Park Football golf tournament will be held Friday, July 18 at River Oaks Golf Course. The event features an 18-hole, four-person scramble tournament with a cart, hole events such as closest to the pin and longest drive, a welcome kit and dinner. The fee for the event is $100, with proceeds benefitting the Junior Wolfpack and Park football. Hole sponsorships can be purchased for $200. There will be additional games throughout the round, such as a skins game and a par 3 contest, to help support the program, as well. SPPAA final soccer registrations The St. Paul Park Athletic Association’s final soccer registrations will be held on Thurs. July 17 from 6-8 p.m. at the Heritage Park Building. Visit or like the association on Facebook for more information.

Minnesota Twins youth camp The Minnesota Twins will be hosting a youth training camp at Bielenberg Fields on July 21 and July 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Twins personnel as well as top college and high school coaches will provide daily instruction. The special instructor on hand will be former Twins player and Hall of Famer Rod Carew. Campers will compete in drills designed to improve hitting, fielding and throwing. The camp is open to kids from eight to 15 years old and players will be grouped by age and skill level.. The cost of the camp is $200. To register, visit

East Ridge Soccer Club tryouts The East Ridge Soccer Club (ERSC) will be conducting tryouts for the competitive teams July 27-30. The club is interested in players and teams as a whole for all boys and girls U9 – U18. Tryouts are for the 2014 fall season and the 2015 spring/summer season. Park Hall of Fame golf tournament Registration is open for the eighth-annual Park Hark School Hall of Fame golf fundraiser. The scramble tournament will be held Sunday, Aug. 10 at Mississippi Dunes Golf Links in Cottage Grove. The tournament will begin at 1 p.m., rain or shine. The fee per person is $90, with tournament participators receiving 18 holes of golf, the use of a power cart, prizes and a dinner. The cost of dinner alone with no golf is $15. Those wishing to sponsor a hole can do so for $250. Checks should be made payable to the Park High School Athletic Hall of Fame. East Ridge volleyball get together East Ridge volleyball is holding its annual get together at Woodridge Park on July 22 from 6:30-8 p.m. All past and prospective volleyball players who will be entering 9-12th grades in the fall and their families are encouraged to attend. The event provides an opportunity for players and their families to interact with coaches and other players and their families, learn more about the East Ridge volleyball program and the upcoming season and enjoy a game of Queens on the sand volleyball court. Raptors golf camp East Ridge boys golf coach Bret Brookins and girls golf coach Mark Retica are hosting the third annual Raptors Men’s and Women’s Golf Camp. The camp will be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. each day from July 21-24 at Prestwick Golf Club in Woodbury. The camp is open to anyone entering grades 6-12. The cost of the camp is $175 per golfer, with each golfer receiving a personal evaluation, drills and notes, instruction in all aspects of the game and an East Ridge High School golf hat. Community Education summer camps South Washington County Schools Community Education is sponsoring summer sports camps and clinics for boys and girls in grades K-12. Camps and clinics include strength and conditioning, basketball, soccer, football, golf, tennis, dodgeball, cheerleading, dance and physical education games (only elementary ages). Various Skyhawks Sports Camps are also available. Camps are offered by varsity coaches at all three high schools in District 833. Camps are held at various high schools and middle schools throughout the school district. Classes begin June 9 and run through Aug. 8. Cost is $20-$150 per session. ERHS Fall Sports Registration Opening in July East Ridge High School’s Fall Sports Online Registration opened July 15 . To register your athlete for MSHSL Fall Sports, please go to the East Ridge High School Website. On the home page under ‘Hot Topics’, click on the link ‘Fall Sports Registration will open on July 15’. This link will take you to our athletic webpage with important registration information. Once you have read the information, you will be able to click on a link to the actual registration site. This site will have instructions regarding how to Log in. If you will need financial assistance or your student will be a team manager or you will exceed the family maximum fee payment of $475, please follow the special instructions at the bottom of the webpage. Please be sure that your athlete has a sports physical on file at East Ridge before you register and that it will not expire before Nov. 22. The sports physical is good for three years from the exam date. Registration will close July 30.

East Ridge Soccer Club Lil Raptors training East Ridge Soccer Club will be holding three, four-week Lil Raptors Training Academy sessions for ages U5-U8. The cost of each session is $65 and includes a T-shirt. The program will be run by professional trainers at local soccer fields in Woodbury and Cottage Grove. East Ridge girls basketball open gym for grades 4-12 East Ridge High School is holding an open gym for girls basketball players in grades 4-12. This is a summer-long session that will provide an opportunity for players to get into the gym and work on basketball skills on their own. Supervision by the East Ridge staff will be on hand at all times to provide guidance for these sessions. The open gym will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, June 17-July 31, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The camp will not meet week of July 4.

East Ridge girls basketball summer shooting workouts East Ridge is holding summer shooting and workouts for middle school-aged girls on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from June 10 to July 31 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. The basketball shooting workouts are designed for East Ridge girls entering sixth, seventh, and eighth grades next fall and will consist of repetitive game shots from game spots at game speeds, along with the fundamentals of free throw shooting. The workouts will consist of various competitive game-like situations and will be led by the East Ridge girls basketball coaching staff. Players attending will receive an East Ridge basketball T-shirt.

East Ridge football registration open Youth from the local area will fine tune their skills during an exciting football season with the East Ridge Athletic Association Football (ERAAF) program.

The season runs from early August through late October, and practice times and dates will be available closer to the start of the season .

Groupings including Kindergarten Flag, 1st/2nd Grade Flag and 3rd Grade thru 8th Grade Tackle.

District 833 athletic registration open District 833 Community Education is currently now taking registrations for its Fall Athletic Programs. The Offerings include: Competitive Football (for 7 and 8 grade boys), Competitive Volleyball (for 7 and 8 grade girls) and Recreational Girls Tennis (for 6-8 grade girls).

Football & Volleyball play in the SEC Middle School Conference. Practices are Monday – Friday from 2:45-4:45 p.m. for both football and volleyball.
