When police arrived, the men said their van was stuck in a snowbank and one man’s feet were frozen from walking in deep snow.

A Cottage Grove woman reported March 11 that someone had siphoned gasoline from her vehicle in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A St. Paul Park man reported March 16 that someone stole four aluminum vehicle hoods and other scrap metal from his yard in the 600 block of Pullman Avenue.
