After purchasing the space next door to their restaurant, Carbone’s Kitchen and Pub owners Janelle and Tim Erickson had double the space — and double the possibilities.

The newly unveiled space houses the bar and restaurant, while the other side — previously the entire restaurant — will be an event or banquet space.

The bar and restaurant side updates Carbone’s aesthetic to a rustic industrial scheme, with dark wood and gray making up the decor inside the Almar Village unit.

The Ericksons held a ribbon cutting March 6, but will also have a grand opening celebration March 14.
