McCord earns Express Personnel honor

Express Personnel Services was awarded the RWJ designation for its recruiting and professional contract staffing division. Only about 15 percent of its offices nationwide receive this honor. "It is awarded to those Express offices and those recruiters that have consistently ranked among the top performers in their industry," said Scott Sodergren, owner of the local office.

Sharon McCord is the local recruiter who earned this distinction as a professional recruiter. "Sharon has been a valuable resource to the businesses in Red Wing over the last three years," Sodergren said, "She is always prepared to tackle those difficult search assignments that she is being asked to perform." She will be focusing on executive-level positions for businesses with an emphasis in manufacturing.
