No Kid Hungry continues to roll through the county

SOUTH WASHINGTON COUNTY — After a short break for the week of the Fourth of July, the CE Skoolie bus is back on the streets for weeknight No Kid Hungry events.

Games, free meals and activities come with the bus.

The events are coordinated by the South Washington County School District and Second Harvest Heartland, aimed at fighting child hunger.

The schedule for next week is:

• Monday, July 16: 5-7 p.m. at Royal Oaks Elementary, 7335 Steepleview Rd., Woodbury

• Tuesday, July 17: 4-6 p.m. at Newport Lutheran Church, 900 15th St., Newport

• Wednesday, July 18: 5-7 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park

• Thursday, July 19: 4-6 p.m. at Armstrong Elementary, 8855 Inwood Ave., Cottage Grove
