Boys swimming & diving: Stars shine bright in state prelims
Woodbury seniors Greg Norsten and Victor Lugg and East Ridge seniors Matt Koken and Austin Davidson shined brightest at the state preliminary round, held March 2, at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis, reaching the finals in three of the maximum four events they qualified to state in.

East Ridge boys swimming & diving: Raptors sending six to state
Two standout swimmers returned to the East Ridge High School team this winter and led the way for the Raptors at the Section 4AA meet, held Friday, Sept. 24 and Saturday, Sept. 25, at Stillwater Junior High School.

Park boys swimming & diving: Dorsch breaks 30-year old school record, races to state meet
At last Thursday’s section preliminaries in Stillwater, Travis Dorsch broke Park’s record in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1 minute, 3.72 seconds, and went on to qualify for the Class AA state meet.

The Park High School’s boys swimming and diving team ended its regular season in style, defeating White Bear Lake 107-79 in a Suburban East Conference contest last Thursday, Feb. 9, at White Bear Lake.
