Park senior Jared Flaata suffered a 9-7 overtime loss to Tartan senior Troy Morisette in the opening round of the Class 3A state wrestling tournament and will now need some help in order for his Park wrestling career to continue.

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Park wrestling program this year, the South Washington County Bulletin has created a 50th Anniversary Park Wrestling Team, which was voted on by the public. Voters chose Park’s 14 greatest wrestlers (14 is the current number of weight classes), to make up the Park 50th Anniversary Wrestling Team.

MSHSL , Channel 45 partner through 2021
The Minnesota State High School League has reached an agreement with current television partner KSTC-TV, Channel 45 to televise state tournaments through the year 2021 and will also make its first attempt to Webcast state tournament contests beginning this fall.
