Park 2010 graduate Jake Miller won the Minnesota Section Junior PGA Championship, at Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort in Biwabik to qualify for the prestigious national Junior PGA Championship and will compete against 74 other players from the U.S. and around the world for the national title.

The East Ridge and Park girls golf teams played their final regular-season conference match of the year on Tuesday, May 25, at Hastings Country Club.
At the tournament, East Ridge finished in ninth place with a 205 and Park was 10th with a 211 in the 10-team conference meet.

Heading into Wednesday’s Suburban East Conference Championships, the Park boys golf team was three points behind Stillwater in the race for the conference title. However, the Wolfpack and Ponies were both passed by Forest Lake, which took the SEC lead with a season-low 294 with one match to play.
