The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove has adopted Ordinance No. 904. The ordinance amends City Code Title 11, Chapter 10, Business Districts. This amendment updates the ordinances relating to the City's commercial zoning district by adding and changing the list of allowed land uses, performance standards of certain commercial uses, purpose statements, and development standards in all the commercial zoning districts and improving the readability of this zoning code. The entire text of Ordinance No. 904 is available for inspection at Cottage Grove City Hall during regular business hours and is posted at the Washington County Park Grove Library.
