Renee M. Petersen, age 64, of Aitkin (formerly of Newport), passed away peacefully at home March 19; she will be deeply missed.

Renee M. Petersen, age 64, of Aitkin (formerly of Newport), passed away peacefully at home March 19; she will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by parents John and Pearl Dockendorf.
Survived by husband of 44 years, Garry; son Tim; daughter Angela (John) Skarda; granddaughters Leslee, Grace, and Amber; seven siblings and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Mass 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 22, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 S. Shore Dr., Forest Lake, with visitation 1/2 hour before service at church. Interment to follow at Fort Snelling.
