Dear family and friends of Jon Cox, I am so sorry for your lose, although I did not know Jon personally I would like to share a comforting thought with you and your family. Death is something unnatural and painful for all involved. The Bible holds out a beautiful promise for the future, in Isaiah 25:8 we read, "He [God] will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken [it]." Soon death will be done away with. Along with this promise we read in John 5:28-29 that there will be a resurrection of the dead both righteous and unrighteous to a beautiful paradise earth.
