Rita Ingvalsen, 76

Rita Judith (Lasecki) Ingvalsen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, age 76.

Preceded in death by daughter Kimberly.

Survived by husband of 54 years, Clayton; children Mike, Martin (Nancy), Mitchell (Brenda), Jodi; and eight grandchildren, Kalie, Erika, Nicole, Melissa, Emily, Elizabeth, Clayton, Carter.

She had strong faith and gave her time freely to St. Thomas Aquinas. Retired USPS employee. She loved spending time with her family, gardening, baking, making jam, and was famous for her apple pie slices.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley, St. Paul Park. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at church. Inurnment church cemetery. Memorials to Stroke Center at University of Minnesota, Diabetes Foundation, or church.
