Jodi L. Schiminski, 38

Jodi L. Schiminski (nee Joyce), age 38, of Coon Rapids, and formerly of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital on March 13.

Jodi L. Schiminski (nee Joyce), age 38, of Coon Rapids, and formerly of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital on March 13.

She had many illnesses throughout her life. Jodi was a 1991 graduate of Park High School.

She is survived by her husband of almost 10 years, Mark Schiminski; parents, Patrick and Joan Joyce; sister, Michelle Johnson; brother, Patrick (Heather) Joyce; grandma Alice Pundsack; mother-in-law, Janet Schiminski; siblings-in-law Jan Halde, Barb (Jerry) Becker, Romaine (Bernie) Pospisil, Mary (Theo) Patrin, Steve (Cindy) Schiminski, Jerry (Joyce) Schiminski, Faith (Dale) Myhers, Sherryl Schiminski, and Dawn Benson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Patrick and Leona Joyce and Alfred Pundsack; father-in-law, Gerald Schiminski; and brother-in-law Charlie Halde.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Jodi on Saturday, March 17, at St. Stainislaus Catholic Church in St. Paul. She will be buried at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Cemetery in St. Paul Park.
