Caroline Firkus, age 88, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on March 10 at home with family by her side.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Thursday, March 15, at the Church of St. Adalbert, 265 Charles Ave., St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at Bradshaw, 1078 Rice at Magnolia, and 1 hour at the church prior to Mass. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of your mother. I lost mine to Cancer when she was only 72 and that was 26 years ago. I still miss talking to her. Rejoice in the fact that she is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I may know one of her sons, Bill if he attended St. Vincent School and is close to the age of 63.
