During Vic's retirement he enjoyed time with his family and friends, yard work and gardening, dancing with his bride to Polkas and Waltzes, working part-time as a Parts Runner for his buddy, Butch, at Broadway Automotive and as president of the Newport Cemetery.

He and his wife spent winters in Florida and then Arizona. He enjoyed golfing in Arizona, as well as, spending time with his sister, Marilyn, and brother, James. Vic's legacy was being an admirable role model for his family.
