Richard "Dick" Dougherty, age 74, of Cottage Grove, died Saturday evening, Nov. 12, at home, surrounded by his family.
Richard "Dick" Dougherty, age 74, of Cottage Grove, died Saturday evening, Nov. 12, at home, surrounded by his family.
Richard was born Oct. 23, 1937, the son of Gerald and Sarah (Roseland) Dougherty. He was raised in Wisconsin and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1954. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Midway. Dick enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan.
Richard is survived by his children, Lori (Jim) Joeckel, Jodi (Brent) Evans, Jerry (Shirley), Cethy Behr; nine grandchildren; mother, Sarah; brothers and sisters, Judy, Tom, Kevin, and Jo.
