Red Wing firefighters and police responded Tuesday evening to reports of a fallen person on Sorin's Bluff. A witness said she heard the sound of branches snapping, then heard a man yell, "Help! Help! It hurts." Using a double-rope pulley system, emergency crews aided the man up 180 feet from below a cave area to the Memorial Park overlook.
