Northstar rail should help predict Red Rock ridership

Ridership projections for the proposed Red Rock Corridor commuter rail have shrunk thanks to a change in the computer model used to estimate numbers of potential riders, but proponents of the Hastings to Minneapolis line say the time is still right to push forward with the ambitious project.
