New farmers’ market opens today with festivities

The congregation at United Church of Christ will host a new farmer’s market from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, July 26 through Oct. 11, at the church, 7008 Lamar Ave., just across from the Lamar Ball Fields, in Old Cottage Grove.
