Stevens’ Ridge sealcoating planned

The St. Paul Park City Council has ordered plans and specifications to be drawn up and bids advertised for sealcoating streets in the Stevens’ Ridge development. Funds to pay for the project will come from a special assessment to homeowners in the development.
