Recycler looks for room to grow

The recycling business is booming, according to Patty Gearin, owner of Wipers Recycling in St. Paul Park. It’s booming so much, Gearin is on a search for more space for her business, which turns old leather into absorbent tubes, sends used clothing to Africa and sells vintage shoes online.
