Two 3M-manufactured chemicals added to hazard list

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency announced the classification of two chemicals — perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) — as hazardous substances at the State Capitol Wednesday.
