Viewpoint: Roundabouts make sense for Cottage Grove

In the Feb. 28 edition of the Bulletin a viewpoint article appeared questioning the rationale for the proposed roundabouts on Jamaica Avenue below Highway 61 suggesting further that the City is throwing precious transportation dollars at a failed design.
