Cottage Grove couple charged with sexually abusing children, distributing pornography

Cassie S. Kappers, 32, of Cottage Grove was charged Friday with criminal sexual conduct and dissemination of pornography related to allegations that she sexually abused four children and distributed pornographic images of them on the Internet.
