Viewpoint: Roundabouts don’t make financial sense for Cottage Grove

This is the third article I have written regarding the proposed installation of traffic circles at the intersection of Jamaica Avenue and Highway 61. Having stated all the practical reasons why I am convinced this project is ill-advised, I find it unnecessary to repeat them here.
