Letter: Commissioner is ill-informed

I normally do not write letters to the editor, but this time I must. I am appalled at the callous and insensitive remarks noted in an article on page 10 of the Feb. 14 edition of the Bulletin titled “Pulkrabek calls homelessness ‘overstated.’”
