Letter: Speak up against traffic circles

Before Washington County and the City of Cottage Grove go forward with the plan for a traffic circle at Jamaica Avenue/Highway 61, I wish someone — anyone — who can stop this proposal would speak up now. A rotary in this area is not the solution to the periodic traffic congestion.
