Some tension evident at start of Minnesota legislative session

A debate about whether Democratic House leaders from the state largest cities are plowing under agriculture interrupted an otherwise ceremonial first day of the 2013 Minnesota Legislature. There were other minor complaints during the mostly friendly session opening.
