Judy Spooner Viewpoint: Lots of craziness at 'Gray Thursday'

At the front of the line were a group of men from St. Paul Park who seemed to be having a good time. I asked them if they had been drinking or were just crazy to be waiting outside during the first blast of winter. “A little of both,” they said.
