11:15 p.m. update: Bailey builds big lead in Cottage Grove mayoral race

With a growing lead of more than 2,000 votes -- and with over half the city’s precincts reporting -- Cottage Grove Mayor Myron Bailey appears set to coast toward second term Tuesday night.
