Bulletin forum for Cottage Grove, Newport candidates Monday night; League forum Tuesday night

Candidates running for office in Cottage Grove and Newport will participate in a Bulletin-hosted public forum on Monday, Oct. 1. Voters in both cities will elect a mayor and two city council members on Nov. 6.
