Attorney: Settlement talks pending over talk-show treatment of Cottage Grove woman who lit herself on fire

An attorney for Toni A. Medrano’s family says crime talk show host Nancy Grace intentionally inflicted emotional distress on the 29-year-old Cottage Grove mother and defamed her in a nationally televised segment.
