2012 Strawberry Fest: Weather delays festival's kick-off

Heavy afternoon thundershowers have delayed the annual festival’s kick-off Thursday at Kingston Park, the event’s lead organizer said, pushing the opening ceremonies, carnival and other entertainment back from the planned 4 p.m. start time.
