NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER AN ADDITION TO CHAPTER 11, HOUSING AND BUILDINGS, OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT CODE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Newport Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 2, 2012, at 5:30 P.M., in the City Hall Council Chambers at Newport City Hall, 596 7th Ave., Newport, MN, to consider an addition to Chapter 11, Housing and Buildings, of the City of Newport Code of Ordinances. The amendment adopts the 2012 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code as a reference guide.
