UPDATED: Kidnapping suspect arrested after SWAT team called back to Newport motel

A St. Paul man was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and other charges after a SWAT team helped remove him and his alleged victim early Saturday from a Newport motel that was the site of a police standoff and kidnapping incident last month.
