Girls swimming and diving: East Ridge wins Tartan Titans Invitational championship

The East Ridge girls swimming and diving team topped Mahtomedi and host Tartan, along with fellow District 833 foe Park, to win the Tartan Titans Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 24, at Skyview Middle School in Oakdale.
