Have you seen the condition of the City Hall and mainly the police dept?!?! There is mold on the walls and leaking water from the ceiling! The Bulletin even did an article on it!! Show a little support for your city employees...jeez...

Good talk, I am left confused to what would ever make Tom agree a new facility would be needed. Chris I like your last idea of at least discussing something with Newport as well.
