The Ramsey-Washington County University of Minnesota Extension is offering a presentation on “Iceland: History, Culture and Food,” from 10-11:30 a.m. and 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7, at the Ramsey County Extension Office, 2020 White Bear Ave., in Maplewood. Consul General Dr. Orn Amar will lead the discussion to be followed by a tasting of Icelandic cuisine. The program is open to the public.
