The Natural Science Academy, 920 Holley Ave., in St. Paul Park, invites families for a free night of kitchen chemistry, 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21. Visitors will explore the properties of a kid’s favorite molecule: sugar. Where does it come from? What can it do? Why do we love it so much? The program is free and open to area families.
